Twelve years ago, I was one of those beauty professionals.
I was working hard, juggling everything and trying to grow my business, while being a single mum but I didn’t have the systems or financial clarity I needed.
So I took everything I’d learnt managing million pound accounts for luxury skincare brands and implemented those strategies into my own business.
The result? A more organised, more profitable business that gave me the freedom and confidence I’d been working towards.
